Fee Schedule - Notice.
This is the proposed rule, published in the Federal Register, for
payment of ambulance services, fee schedules, and revision to physician
certification requirements for coverage of non-emergency ambulance
services. The document also includes the implementation plan
and dates. Comments must be received by the Health Care Financing
Administration no later than 5pm on November 13, 2000.
