The model guidelines below are in Microsoft Word format (.doc) and are intended to be downloaded and edited for use by interested emergency medical services agencies. The guidelines were drafted by William Kriegsman, MD, of Southeast Consulting Corporation, with contract funds made available through the Rural Hospital Flexibility Program. All items were revised in February, 2000.
