The Alaska Council on EMS is seeking nominations for the 2008 Governor’s Annual EMS Awards. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, September 2, 2008. 

There are two nomination forms: an Outstanding Ambulance Award form and a form for all other Awards, including Special Commendations.
